Hola de nuevo a tod@s, la agencia de viajes de Efeso me ha contestado con dos posibles Excursiones y sus caracteristicas y precios,que traducido y resumiendo queda de la forma siguiente:
Efeso + Templo de Artemis = 35€/pers. duracion 5-6 horas
Efeso + Templo de Artemis + Casa de la Virgen Maria = 50€/pers. Duracion 6-7 horas
(ruego que los interesados me manden correo escogiendo una u otra excursion para poder ponerlo en conocimiento de todos y decidir)

You will be met by your guide at the Port of Izmir where you will begin your Private Ephesus Tour. First we will make our way to the Ephesus which was one of the most important cultural centers of the ancient word. We will visit the Ephesus Ruins (Odeon, Temple of Hadrian, Roman Baths, Celcus Library and the Theatre which is still in use today for concerts and has an amazing capacity of 25,000, etc...). As we walk through this ancient site you will notice the streets paved with marble which gives a hint to this city's great wealth many years ago. Las horas de excursión están acorde con el tiempo que permaneceremos en puerto. No he mirado los horarios pero parecen mucho no?

Acabo de ver el mensaje en inglés, veo que las agencias cuadran las excursiones con la estacia del barco en puerto. Sorry.

Incluso es más ,solo con decirles el barco y el dia que zarpa te dan todos los datos ,pues lo tienen controladisimo y ellos dicen que te esperan en el puerto.
De todas formas empezaremos a hablar en principio de excursion A (35) ó B (50).Vale¿

Nosotros nos apuntamos a la ocion A(35), por lo que he leido la casa de la Virgen Maria no merece mucho la pena, y asi tambien tendríamos algo de tiempo en el puerto para dar una vuelta..

Alguien sabe si tendremos toallas y articulos de higiene ( tipo gel de ducha ) ?

Hola Navel:
Nosotros también preferimos la opción A(35).
La casa de la Virgen María por lo que hemos leído no vale mucho la pena y nos gustaría disponer de un poco de tiempo para dar una vuelta por el puerto de Esmirna.
El día de la escala de Esmirna hay que cambiar moneda en liras turcas, ya que al día siguiente, en Estambul si queremos coger el metro debemos pagarlo en liras y en la salida del puerto es dificil obtener cambio.

En cuanto a la excursión a Efeso, nosotros prefierimos la opción A, ya que en la anterior vez que estuvimos en Efeso ( sin niñas ), hace ya bastantes años con Mundo Joven, no incluyeron la visita a la casa de la virgen, porque los guías entendían que no era demasiado interesante.

Por lo que yo he leido, casi tiene más interés por "devoción mariana ", que por visita turística.

No obstante he enviado un privado a Navel, sobre una posible alternativa de agencia, que están manejando los del día 13 de Julio, que sale algo más económica. Esperamos noticias, y vuelvo a agraceder a Navel, que haya cogido "el timón" de esta excursión.

Sería bueno, ir ordenando listas de las excursiones, salidas de aeropuertos y horas de partida.

Sobre El Cairo, da la impresión, que si queremos ir nos va a tocar ir con el barco, al no salir ninguna otra propuesta.

Sigo insistiendo en lo del "barco fantasma ", parece increíble que en una fecha tan propicia de vacaciones, solo hayamos intervenido en éste foro 17 nicks.

Animo a los que se asomen a éste foro, y aun no hayan registrado su nick, o no hayan intervenido, que por favor lo hagan, a ver si se aportan nuevas ideas, y aumentamos la lista para posibles excursiones.

Como ya han dicho la casa de la virgen parece ser que no vale la pena visitarla, por lo que prefiero la opción A.
Y con respecto a la gente que se ha apuntado a Efeso se te ha escapado Rachelgo, asi que te pongo aqui la lista con ella pa' que la tengas completa.
